When the project is up and running, our work continues

A school project does not end with the delivery of a classroom, a lab or a technology supply. It is precisely after installation that the most important phase begins: everyday use. Teachers, students, technicians and administrative staff must be able to rely on working tools, correct configurations and knowledgeable points of contact.

That is why Kyron offers assistance services designed to support the school even after the project has been completed. We work on devices, digital environments, configurations, platforms, charging carts, interactive displays, management systems and infrastructure with a continuity-oriented approach: reducing downtime, simplifying problem solving, and preventing a technical issue from becoming an obstacle to teaching.

We support the school after the supply, helping it manage questions, operational requests, reports and the need for clarification. Our support stems from our knowledge of the project delivered and the context in which it operates.

Care and technical services

Where applicable, we provide services for taking charge of, checking, managing and supporting the devices and equipment installed. The goal is to keep the technology estate efficient and reduce the operational burden on the school.

We provide a single point of contact for reports and assistance requests, with clear problem-handling paths and support for the school staff involved.
