Poufs and debate

Kyron's Poufs and debate line brings the flexibility of informal spaces into the classroom: modular soft seating that reconfigures into a circle for structured debate, a serpentine for reading sessions, or clusters for group work. They replace the rigidity of the desk when relationship, listening and dialogue are the priority.

The catalog includes 10 complementary geometries: Cube, Hexagonal, Round (40 and 80 cm diameter), Rectangular, 90 and 45 degree corner pieces, Comma, Drop and Rectangular with backrest. All shapes share a 40 cm seat height for continuity and match the Tables and chairs line in the same 8 coordinated colors.

Filling is indeformable polyurethane foam at differentiated densities (firmer in the base, softer in the seat). Covers are made of Class 1IM fire-retardant technical fabric, washable and stain-resistant, certified for public school use. Covers are removable with hidden zippers for maintenance and replacement.

Pedagogical use ranges from kindergarten (soft corners, circle time) to primary school (free reading, ateliers) and secondary (debate, structured discussion with the World School Debate method). ITS use them for student coworking and break rooms.
